Information We Collect

Voice Wallet may collect the following information:

• Google sign-in account information, such as your Firebase user identifier and basic account authentication details.
• Subscription-related fields stored in Firestore: isPro, subStartDate, and subEndDate.
• Transaction data you save, including type, amount, category, original text, and date.
• Typed or spoken transaction text that you submit for AI parsing.

Voice and AI Processing

When you use voice input, speech is converted to text on Android. The resulting text may be sent to DeepSeek AI to extract structured transaction details such as income or expense, amount, category, and date. Voice Wallet does not intentionally store raw audio recordings.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Sign you in securely with Google.
• Save and display your income and expense transactions.
• Parse typed or spoken text into structured transaction data.
• Maintain subscription status fields if applicable.
• Improve app reliability and user experience.

Data Storage

User account records and transactions are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore. Transactions are stored under each user's Firestore document in a transactions subcollection.

Third-Party Services

Voice Wallet uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in.
• Firebase Cloud Firestore for storing app data.
• DeepSeek AI for converting user text into structured transaction JSON.
• Android speech recognition for speech-to-text input.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by the third-party services listed above only for app functionality, authentication, storage, and AI parsing.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your saved data is retained while your account is active or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your account and app data, visit the Data Deletion page.

Children's Privacy

Voice Wallet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

We use Firebase services and standard platform security practices to protect account and transaction data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep user data protected.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
