Data Deletion Request

For Voice Wallet users

You can request deletion of your Voice Wallet account data and saved transactions at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is verified, we will delete app data associated with your Firebase user account, including:

Your user document in the users collection.
Your transaction subcollection under users/{userId}/transactions.
Subscription status fields stored by Voice Wallet, including isPro, subStartDate, and subEndDate.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@appseba.com with the subject line:

Voice Wallet Data Deletion Request

Please include:

The Google email address used to sign in to Voice Wallet.
A short confirmation that you want your Voice Wallet account data deleted.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after account ownership is verified.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Any retained data will be limited and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
